Individual Services:

Kind Words Counseling believes in the power of talk therapy services to bring positive change and individual growth.  At Kind Words,  it is my honor to engage in a partnership with you.  I will walk alongside you as you navigate the challenges that life can present.  I will work with you to offer insight and evidence-based techniques tailored to your unique needs.  Whether you are dealing with depression, anxiety, anger, relational difficulties, trauma or wanting deeper personal development, I will be there with you every step of the way.

Children's Services:

Kind Words Counseling believes that play should be at the center of healing for children.  Play is a child’s natural medium of expression. Play therapy techniques allow a child to express his or her emotions more easily than using traditional talk therapy techniques.  At Kind Words Counseling, it is my job to help children make sense of their current challenges and emotions from a safe and nurturing space.

​Family Services:

Kind Words Counseling believes in the power of the family system.  Family relationships and dynamics between siblings or parent and child can change as life’s circumstances change.  I believe that you know your family best, however, sometimes getting to the root of the changing dynamics can be a challenge.  At Kind Words Counseling, I look at the family as a whole and believe in healing the family as a whole unit.  Family therapy can help improve communication between siblings or parent and child, help to find healthy ways to resolve conflict between siblings or parent and child or to help the family as a whole navigate challenging situations. 

Telehealth:

Kind Words Counseling believes that everyone should have access to quality therapy services.  Bee Well Therapy offers telehealth services for children, adults, and families when appropriate.  Similar to an in person therapy session, telehealth services are private, HIPAA compliant and confidential.
