Kind Words Counseling participates with insurance companies on an Out of Network basis. Kind Words Counseling is not connected to any insurance as an In Network provider.  Kind Words Counseling will provide clients and families with a superbill to submit to their insurance company to try and receive reimbursement for services directly.  

A superbill is a document made for insurance companies that details the services that a therapist or healthcare professional provided for a client.  It is a receipt for your visit to Kind Words Counseling, but unlike traditional receipts, superbills contain vital information like diagnosis and procedure codes, needed for insurance companies to reimburse you for the services after you have paid.  

Kind Words Counseling is happy to discuss superbills and submitting a superbill with you.  However, Kind Words Counseling is not responsible for submitting superbills to your insurance provider.  Kind Words Counseling is also not responsible for guaranteeing reimbursement from your insurance provider.  Kind Words Counseling  encourages individuals or families to contact their insurance carrier to discuss the Out of Network benefits associated with their unique insurance coverage plan.
